Although Germany and Austria-Hungary have also absorbed large non-German populations such as Hungarians, Slavs, and French, they are ultimately all white, making their contrast with East Africa's "yellow-white" distinction very evident.

Thus, to stabilize East Africa's future influence worldwide, East Africa secretly planned the so-called "Mixed-blood German Project."

This plan aims to achieve its purpose, which has already been realized in East Africa's mainland and some colonies, i.e., by combining Germans and Chinese to evolve into Mixed-blood Germans.

In addition to this place, the same purpose was achieved in the Principality of Hohenzollern, where a large Chinese population was left behind when Ernst departed. Many have since integrated with local residents, representing a rather unique existence in the German Region.

Of course, combining with the Chinese does not mean Germanization is achieved. These Chinese people and their mixed-blood descendants need to accept East African-style education, ensuring that Mixed-blood Germans have a unified consensus.

This essentially creates a new ethnicity in the world, and East Africa hopes to become the spiritual motherland for mixed-blood Germans worldwide through this sand-mixing technique.

The benefits of this are also quite apparent. And this mixed-blood nation of East Africa can simultaneously relate to countries like Germany, Austria-Hungary, and the Far East Empire, though not securely. Ideally, East Africa wants to benefit from both sides, but in a non-ideal scenario, East Africa might be rejected by both sides simultaneously.

Therefore, for East Africa, relying on mixed-blood descendants is more trustworthy, and if limited only to East Africa, it will naturally not achieve the desired effect East Africa wants.

The most critical point in this plan is planting the seeds of Mixed-blood Germans in other regions of the world, thereby forming a batch of Mixed-blood German countries or regions, expanding East Africa's influence to various parts of the world.

In recent years, the East African Immigration Bureau has played a significant role in pushing this plan. If you open a world map, you would be surprised to find that East Africa's "Mixed-blood German Project" has already begun to show immense power.

The mainland of East Africa, naturally without needing much mention, holds a population exceeding one hundred million over thirteen million square kilometers, making it the world's largest Mixed-blood German country.

In Ernst's view, as long as there are enough Germans, Lake Maracaibo can in the future become an area controlled by East Africa. If the success of the Neretva region's results can be replicated, then East Africa's oil exploitation rights in the area can be further consolidated.
